Sangeetha Pattern Works established in 1985 in Coimbatore, India by P. Rajappa, who has 40 years of expertise in pattern making and foundry industry. Expanding further, Sangeetha Pattern Works Unit-II was founded in 2005, and Sangeetha Machining Industries was founded in 2017. Our commitment to quality is underscored by ISO 9001 : 2015 certification from BUREAU VERITAS. We proudly unveil ourselves as Sangeetha Pattern Works, symbolizing precision, quality and reliability.
Services
SCOPE OF WORK
Reverse Engineering
We provide reverse engineering services using advanced 3D scanning technology. It's a highly precise and efficient method, especially useful when original design documentation is unavailable or when you need to recreate or modify legacy parts.
Flow Simulation
We are progressing with the prototype development and running flow simulations (With Associate Partner) to validate and optimize the design. This phase is crucial for ensuring the system’s performance and identifying improvements early on.
Pattern Manufacturing
We manufacture the patterns through CNC routed from 100mm to 6500mm in Teak wood, Aluminum, Cast-iron, Stainless steel for Alpha set line, Hand mold line, FLL line, High Pressure Line and 3D Printed molds.
Sheet Metal fabrication
We are manufacturing Moulding boxes, Die Stands, Engineering Components with M.S sheet metals. We used to fabricate the boxes, Casting profiles with the use of Laser cutting machine.
Supply of Raw Casting and Machined castings
We supply raw casting (Ferrous and Non-ferrous) also in machined condition.
